22oz bottle pours a translucent, deep brown with some spitty, beige head. Nose has a ton of marshmellow, vanilla extract, burnt caramel, graham cracker, root beer. Flavor is chewy with grains, malty, burnt vanilla, light spice. Finishes dry.

From the taps at Dominion Wine & Beer. Poured a very dark brown color with a small tan head. Aroma was light graham cracker, lots of roast. Light sweetness. Flavor was seriously like a sโ€™more. Lots of graham, roasted malts lots of milk chocolate finish. Sweet marshmallow. Delicious.

On tap at Sedona. Smells of coffee and strangely spring flowers and honey. Taste is vanilla, chocolate, coconut, marshmallow, bread, and a strange hint of lemon. I could totally be making that up. Very very interesting. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Cocoa, coffee, marshmallows nose. Black, thick tan head, good lacing. Espresso and marshmallow flavor. Full body, easy carbonation. I really didnโ€™t get any graham crackers, but this is an excellent coffee stout. Iโ€™m very glad i had a chance to try this.

Keg at the brewery. Dark brown with a medium sized creamy tan head. Good head retention. Aroma of coconut, roasted malt, chocolate, coffee, honey. The taste is caramel, chocolate, lactose, roasted malts, honey. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation. Sweet but enough bitterness to balance. Nice beer.
