Acá te presentamos nuestra propia versión: Kross Imperial Stout es un ale oscura con potentes notas a café y frutas secas, provenientes de su compleja mezcla de maltas que balancean un marcado amargor. Utilizamos una porción de avena que aporta sedosidad y redondez a su cuerpo. Adicionalmente, es madurada con chips de roble americano que le dan una complejidad y profundidad única. 20/12/2018. Bottle from Beervana, Santiago. Pours almost black with a bubbly beige head. Aroma of chocolate, malt, ash, peat, liquorice, light smoke, dark fruit and coffee cake. Moderate sweetness, med plus bitterness. Medium to full body, oily texture, average carbonation. Bitter roasted finish.

Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Smooth and fresh malty beginning. Roasted, burned caramel, deep and intense. Somehow burned and sticky, as it should be. Still easy to drink, the beer is fresh and fruity. Hints of plums, round and smooth. Long burned dry caramel bitter aftertaste with frouty hints. Nice.

Sampled @ Koelschtrinker Tasting. A very dark brown beer with a mid-sized most good lasting tan head. Aroma of mild sweet roasted dark malt and chocolate. Taste of mid sweet roasted dark malt, chocolate, toffee, some vanilla.

Dunkler, erstaunlich trockener Malzantrunk. Fein rauchiger Hintergrund, bitter-getreidig, die Malzigkeit tritt in den Hintergrund. Monoton, was erstaunlicherweise nicht stört, süffig, kurzer, etwas brotiger Nachhall. OK. 10/10/8/9/10/9
