Enjoyed on tap at Ale House in Grand Junction, CO. I didn't take tasting notes, but remember this being a very nice moderately hopped IPA with one of the best balances of Brett yeast I've noticed in a beer. Pretty good stuff, would have again.

Bottle. Funky ass citrus nose, grapefruit, huge brett. Pretty pastel yellow, tall head, oily, silky, soft. Somewhat sweet, lemony, a bit of lacto, bretty funk. Good.

cloudy yellow, small white head. aroma is quite nice milky and citrussy sour, faint dough, mild and rounded, but some distance from the best aromas i’ve had from crooked stave beers. flavor is close to aroma, sour and milky. also some bitterness from hops, and some yeasty dough like notes. i think the flavor i dislike is a bit like glue or rubber. it is not a lot, but it distracts a little. ignoring that distraction the beer is a very well tasting, well rounded sour, with a good bitter herbal hoppy balance.

Bottle shared from Mi Orge Mi Houblon. Pours cloudy dull golden with an off white head. Aroma of grassy and fruity hops, Brett funk, citrus, big oaky notes and white wine. Flavor is light acidic, with a big vinous palate. Light medium bodied with soft carbonation.

A hazed blonde ale with a thick frothy white head, In aroma, loads of Brett, horse blanket, fresh cork, nice resinous hops coming through, humic substances, soil, very nice and wild. In mouth, nice fruity citrusy malt with light acidity, good Brett, ground cherries, cork, nice esters, refreshing yet complex. Really liked this. 8.99$.

Polecam.
