375ml bottle. Almost clear, orangey golden colour with average to huge, thick, frothy, fairly lasting, moderately lacing, white head. Sourish, hoppy and bretty aroma. Taste is mildly sourish, slightly bretty, minimally citrusy hoppy. Not overly complex, disappointing.

Bottle thanks to a trade! Pours a hazy yellowish gold with a white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has a good amount of citrus with some tropical fruit, a bit of funk, tartness and a hint of earthy grain. Flavor has more of a tart tropical fruit and citrus combination with a a touch funk towards the finish.

375mL capped bottle into Lost Abbey teku. Big big big foamy heady atop a cloudy yellow body. Very pretty beer but that’s about where the complements end. THIS is HORRID. Ugh, did I get a bad bottle or is everyone taking crazy pills. Aroma starts with a fresh airy Brett yeastiness,. Then comes a horrible rancid Brett and chemical tones with cheesy hops. So much cheese and rancid hops. I’ll give it that there is a nice breezy aspect to the rancid oil and cheese. Mouthfeel is nicely light and bright but that just emphasizes the horrible chemical aftertaste. Oh finishes so solvent like and light lemon vinegar. Then bitter aftertaste. Man, this is the worst, what a waste of money and my time.

Cuerpo medio. Bastante buena. Interesante combinación ácida y amarga.

375ml bottle at 6.2%, 100% galaxy hops. Pours light gold with a large head. Aroma is sweet, with Juicy Fruit and Brett. Taste is sweet and pissy Brett to start. Dry, bitter finish with tropical fruits.

Bottle 375 ml at home, 2013/Batch 2: Centennial & Simcoe. Hazy yellow-orange color with 2 fingers white foam which lasts. Aroma is mostly citrus fruits with funky barnyard brett notes. Taste is similar to the aroma with more sour finish. Body is medium to full with soft carbonation.

Bottle bought at Mikkeller & Friends Bottle Shop in October 2013. Hazy golden with a white head. Nice aroma of pineapple, apricot, light brett and some yeast. The taste was similar. Fresh and nicely drinkable. A tasty beer.
