(bottle, 33cl) Almost clear, deep amber colour with a medium-sized and tanned foamy head. Slightly dark malty aroma with notes of caramel, cacao and a delicately ethereally touch, backed by mildly citric hops. Moderately sweet and slightly bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Mildly caramelly malty taste with traces of bread, tea and mildly citric hops; sweet-bitter and moderately dark malty finish with notes of caramel, citrus and lemon peel. 20.VIII.15

Bottle. Dark copper color, white head. Aroma of yeast, ester, citrus and grass. Taste has yeasty ester, caramelised malt, pine hop, some funk and grassy bitters. Bitter dry finish. Nice take on the saison style.

Bottle @ DØE meeting. Slight gusher that pours golden with a with a huge offwhite head. Aroma of light malt, yeast, light brett, nuts, herbal hops. Flavor is malt, caramel, yeasty, nuts, wood, herbs. Medium body, average carbonation. 150715
