Bottle @ Home. Pours light golden with a white head, nice lacings. Aroma malt, light caramel, nuts, grassy hops. Taste is grassy hops, light caramel, peppery spices, malt, bit of alchohol. Medium body, lively carbonation. Pretty good bock. 060511

Bottle, 6.9%. Grassy, sweetish malty and peppery aroma. Sparkling golden colour. Small stable tan head. The flavour is sweet and nicely malty. Caramelly sweetness balanced by a good amount of alcohol. Mildly grassy hoppiness. A good example of a good heller Bock.

Bottle that I purchased in Denmark 09.04.11 following a nod from Jan, consumed at home in garden 10.04.11 Pours light yellow, quite sweet in the mouth, some grain, light tropical fruit touches, tasty with a bit of hop coming through A7 A4 T6 P4 Ov13 3.4
