Im Glas präsentiert sich das werk2 MonkeyX in einem trüben orangegoldenen Farbgewand und wird von einer leicht beigen Schaumkrone verziert. In der Nase kitzeln fein säuerliche Riesling-Noten, die die Herkunft dieses Bieres definitiv nicht leugnen können. Zudem lassen sich fruchtige Noten nach Mandarine und Orange genießen. Der Antrunk ist vollmundig, süß sowie fruchtig und eine deutliche Riesling-Note dominiert den ersten Eindruck. Die Karbonisierung ist sehr weich und macht das Bier.

Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A hazy pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of soft tart fruits, grapes, yellow fruits. Taste of phenolic yeast, banana, pale malt, soft tart and spicy grapes. Earlier Rating: 11/18/2017 Total Score: 3.3Sampled @ 3. Mainzer Craftbier Messe 2017. A murky pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of banana, wheat, clove. Taste of sweet banana, wheat, yeast, nothing special.

0,75l bottle at home shared with friends from trade with Erzengel, big thanks for this one. BB 31.12.2018. orange hazy color, small white head. smells yeasty, spices, musty, light pukeish, bit weird smell. medium to full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes citric, earthy, spices, yeasty, peppery, tobacco, leathery. finishes lightly dry with notes of yeast, spices and earthy notes. okish, bit weird, did not like the balance too much, overall still rather drinkable though. 6, 4, 7, 3, 14

Süßlich hopfiger, sehr runder Antrunk. Sehr süffig, schnell steigend bananig hefig. Spritzig, gut. 10/9/11/9//10

18-11-17 // at 3. Mainzer CraftBeerMesse. Potential!! Hazy orange. Smooth head. Mild funky, fruity, white grape skin, almost no bitterness. Bit flat in the end. Good.

On tap @ Craft Mainz 2017. Great fruity beginning with hints of sourness. The Wine yeast is fruity and fits into this pale ale extreme great! Fantastic deep in aroma, the yeast is fresh and fruity, mild and complex, sourish fruity great. Fantastic.
