Sampled @ Craftbier Messe Mainz 2018. A hazy golden beer with a small off-white head. Aroma of mild citrusy hops, rye, toasted malt. Taste of toasted malt, soft resinous bitter hops, rye and bread, medium bitterness.

On tap @ CBM Mainz 2018. Very intense salty beginning. Malty dry back, smooth with an intense salty overlay. For me a bit too salty, refreshing with a malty dry salty aftertaste.

Süffiger, würzig dunkel getreidiger Beginn. Würzig, trocken herb, leicht salzig. Feine Karbonisierung, mittellanger Nachhall, stimmig. Dezent bitter. 10/9/9/9//9
