Bottle @ home. Dark amber color, medium to full sized quite quickly diminising off-white to beige head. Aroma is malts, caramel, (Dutch) "salmiak drop" and some brown candy sugar. Flavor is malts and again strongly "salmiak drop", brown malts, a distant hint of red and dark fruits perhaps. An initial soft sweet note becomes stronger after a while. It's clear that it's a heavy beer, even though it's not extraordinary at 10.5% ABV. Body is full, carbonation is suitably moderate to medium. Quite well done, although it has several flavors you might not expect and might catch you off guard at first, I found it quite pleasant. Quite well done imo!

33cl bottle. A clear deep reddish brown beer with a mid-sized good lasting beige head. Aroma of strong reddish malt, red fruits, plums and raisins. Taste of heavy strong dark reddish malt, dried dark fruits, raisins, plums, some spices, a bit boozy.
