Huge thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, more and more fresh hoppy. Mild sweetness. Fruity notes of lemon, some apricot. Finish well balanced. Less hoppy. Not bad.

330ml bottle. Milky, orangey, pale golden colour with average to huge, frothy, slowly osteoporosing, moderately lacing, white head. Sweet-ish, biscuity pale malty and floral, fruity hoppy aroma, notes of yellow stone fruit, apricot, mirabelle, hints of pear, melon, honeydew melon; weak undertones of peppermint and eucalyptus. Taste is initially bitter and fruity hoppy, minimally sweet, biscuity, pale malty basis, slightly ephemeral notes of melon and yellow stone fruit in general, most explicitly apricot and mirabelle; the fruit flavours are on the verge of screwing up in the middle part, as some chalky overtones gain weight, the finish is dominated by a sweet-ish, fruity, slightly oily basic layer, still delivering yellow stone fruit flavours, now more peachy regions, even some mango comes through. Quite nice overall.

On Bottle in Mainz 2018. Smooth mild grainy beginning. Floral pine, refreshing and mild with hints of grain. Nice smooth, pine and resin, nice.

33cl bottle. A clear pale golden beer with a small most good lasting white head. Aroma of fresh citrusy hops, tangerine, orange fruits. Taste of orange fruits, tangerine, resins, fresh bitter hops, nice!!

21-07-18 // 330ml bottle. Poured into a glass and straight from the bottle. Peng peng...kräftige Bittere, trockene Frucht, Stachelbeere, gut karbonisiert. Sehr schön. Interessanter neuer Hopfen der aus dem Polaris gezüchtet wurde. Die Polarisfrische ist ganz leicht zu schmecken.

Danke an rhoihessegold. Frischer, stark hopfiger Beginn, würzig, geringe Süße, frische starke Herbe. Ab dem Mittelteil angenehm bitter, der Hopfen hat trocken grasige Noten, etwas Kuhmist, die Bitterkeit steigt an. Spritzig, langer Abgang. 10/11/10/11/8/11
