Troebel lichtgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is licht bitter hoppig en fruitig met iets van citrus en een licht koriander ondertoon. Voor een witbier erg goed.

Bottle from LDW, Eke. Hazy yellow colour, lots and lots of creamy white foam. Very citrussy, light bitter, some spicy notes. Not a bad Witbier.

SLOW GUSHER ALERT!
Note: first poured without yeast, then with yeast. Don't pour the yeast! It kills the refreshing character of this beer.
Clear pale to straw yellow beer, huge aery fizzy white head, lots and lots of carbon in the glass, ever growing head after pouring, totally overflowing from the glass. Aroma: grains, wheat, bit sourish, fruity, citrus, refreshing, slightly floral. MF: very lively carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter start, very fruity, some yeast, slightly sour, lots of citrus,. Aftertaste: some coriander, fruity, hoppy touch, very refreshing, hint of banana yeast, bitter hoppy finish. Well done, nice refreshing beer!
