Cloudy, dark golden color and a small white head. Nose is vineous, red fruits, sour. Taste starts funky, yeasty, red wine,wooden and also some red fruits. Refreshing and very nice.

330mml. bottle as part of the European Local Swap. Many thanks @Erzengel for this one. @home, 05/05/2020 [#3.375 Global - #313 Germany - #6 Ratsherrn Brauerei] Pale Golden to copper colour with a minimal White head. Poor retention. Aroma is Wood, leather, wheat and vineous. Taste is bretty and vineous. Wood barrels profile. Sour and tart finish. Next one please!

Many thanks for this beer to my EuroSanta in last year.BIG thanks Erzengel for this lovely sour and acid beer. Poured into Hoegaarden Belgian witbier glass. No taka interpretacja belgijskiego piwa pszenicznego az chce sie testowac. Bardzo zblizone w smaku do odlezakowanych Lambickow. Swietne mega kwasne, gozkie, octem wali niczym piesci Tigera swoich rywali w najlepszych czasach swojej kariery. bardzo metne, fruwajace drobne farfocle, posmak gozko-kwasny, wyraznie winny, octowy, musztardowe kremowe wykonczenie. Zapach popsutych pomaranczy sycylijskich, nadgnitch, czy przegnitych. Barrel Aged pierwsza klasa beczkowo-drzewnie jest bordeaux i wino Madeira. Bosko, podniecajaco i drapiaco w podniebienie. Do tego rockowa etykieta, czaszka w cylindrze, nie bede mowil z czym sie mi to kojarzy. Az chce mi sie wyc i krzyczec: Sour child o' mine. Yeaaaah.

330ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, yellow-ish, pale golden colour with average, frothy, fading, white head. Tangy and woody aroma, notes of vinegar, mustard, mustard seed, overtones of toasted coconut. Taste is sweet-and-sour, wheaty, tangy, spicy, minimally dry woody, notes of coriander seed, orange rind, toasted coconut, some mustard seed, oaky overtones, some lemon zest as well. Oily-watery texture, slightly prickly carbonation, minimally astringent palate, lingering, dry woody and citric, tart, finish. Not the most pleasant nose.

Bottle @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Nice sour fruity beginning. Wood there, the witbier is very dry with lots of woody fruity parts. Very nice, refreshing with a dry fruity woody aftertaste. Very interesting.

Bottle shared with Koelschtrinker. A clear pale golden beer with a small white head. Aroma of sour yellow fruits, oak and vanilla. Taste of vanilla, sour apples, oak.

Kratzig säuerlicher Beginn, stark holzig, küstlich wirkend. Nuancen von Kirsche, pappig, weiter kratzig. Hell, minimal nach Kräutern. Meh.. 9/6/8/7/9/6

Leicht trüb, wenig Perlung. In der Nase Sherry, Holz. Im Trunk leicht sauer, staubig-holzig, sehr nussig, trocken. Nicht ganz einfach zu trinken, aber dafür etwas zum Nachdenken.
