33cl bottle; Clear, pale golden colour with a short foamy white layer. Discreet aroma: moderately sweet pale malty nose with skunky notes of overripe fruits (apricots). Slightly sweet flavour, light to medium bodied with a flat carbonation. Pale malt-character with subtle apricot-fruity notes and shy herbal accents; sweet and faint bitter, slightly chalky finish with a poor hoppy notes. 04.X.09

Bottle:Pale greenish-golden, no head; faint herbal-hoppy traces in the grainy-malty nose; light bodied, light sweet-bitter flavour; delicate hoppy bitterness in the mainly sweetish-grainy finish. Not very different to the Urtyp Hell...........

The bottle looks old-fashioned, but good. The beer in the glass quite zippy, small creamy head. Starts sweet-hoppy, quite malty and spicy, not really dry. Finish still sweet and well balanced. Good pilsener!
