Drinking this beer like the name of the beer, yesterday, at the express Lyon, Paris with Arnaud. Good amber, brewed on the American way, malty, rather dry, a bit roasty, hint of toffee, bitter, citrus. The bitterness is stronger than usual for the style, 10.11.24

33cl bottle from La Binouze in Paris. F: medium, tan, average retention. C: coppery, hazy. A: malty, bit caramel, bready touch, bit herbal, red berries. T: medium body, herbal, leaves, caramel yet dry on the palate, bit toast, medium carbonation, red berries touch, nice balanced for the style, enjoyed for sure.

Tap at ‘cow skin’ bar Strasbourg. Bit hazy amber with big beige head. Light spices, sweet caramel malts, soft roast, toffee, soft dried berries, bread crust. Just medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with slick feel. OK.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A almost clear orange brown beer with a mid-sized beige head. Aroma of dry caramelish malt, nuts and yeast. Taste of yeasty caramelish malt, nuts, brown malt, mild bitterness.

Bottle from the brewery. Fruity malty nose. The beer starts malty and dry. Refreshing with a mild and smooth back. Not too deep, nice brown-ale aroma there, moderate bitterness, refreshing with a dry smooth roasted malty dry anding. Nice brown ale.
