De belle notes floconnées qui procurent à cette bière une grande légèreté. Son pétillant est abondant et très fin. Naturellement trouble, cette bière est brassée avec une forte proportion de blé malté (froment) et des flocons d'avoine.

Not bad but tastes and looks much more like a regular blonde bier....

Bottle bought at the brewery. Nice dry and slightly spicy beginning. Coriander there with hints of citrus peel. According to the label brewed without additives, so the yeast must be very aromatic here. Dry spicy in the aftertaste, round an nice.

Found in Chartres, and perhaps only in the town of Chartres - haven’t even seen this brand in Paris 100km away but it’s at every little store in Chartres! Pours with huge off-white head and a greyish orange foggy colour, very murky like most artisanal French beers are. Strong aroma of lemon and hops. Taste is a lot of malt with a slightly sour and refreshing malt finish, very few hops come out. Dry finish but a bit of an odd aftertaste. Pretty good, a unique witbier.
