Bottle @Beershoppe (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media. Al naso note maltate, mollica di pane, miele, leggero cereale, erbaceo. In bocca è abboccata, maltata, con chiusura amara medio-leggera. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Ok.

ABV: 5.0%. Clear medium orange yellow colour with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, husks - chaff, pale malt, dusty, light hoppy, herbs, grass, meadow. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, husks - chaff, malty, disty, hops bitter, dry, earthy touch. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Flaska från Landbierparadis. Klar ljust gyllengul vätska med högt stabilt kritvitt skum. Säd, ljust bröd, jäst och hö i smakbilden som mer liknar en helles/dortmunder än en zwickl. Lätt sötma och beska. Lättdrucken och trevlig.
