We brewed this new take on IPA with a bone-dry, champagne-style finish in mind. Late hop additions lend a bright pop of citrus flavor and create balanced bitterness. Brut IPA is as intriguing as it is drinkable.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 15.10.19. Clear and pale straw colour. Some white head and lacing. Aroma and taste of lemon zest, succade, barn and meadows. Dry and easily drinkable.

BEi all den großartigen Biere, die Sierra Nevada über die Zeit heraus gebracht hat, kann auch mal ein nur durchschnittliches folgen - das hier ist eines. Immernoch besser als all die Fernsehbierplörre, keine Frage, aber in Sierra Nevada Standards eben nur Durchschnitt. Insgesamt spritzig, Champagner, leicht bitter, trocken, etwas Frucht. Gut trinkbar, halt recht dünn insgesamt.

Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Very dry intense hopped beginning. Dry grainy, floral hops with a nice neutral bitterness.

Bottle 330ml at Beer Hunters. Clear golden colour and tiny white head. Lighr fruity, grainy aroma. Light-bodied. Light green apple, fizzy, dry. Yes, this is Brut IPA, useless.

Tight white head left a rocky cover on a translucent pale lemon coloured, slowly carbonating body. Tropical fruits, confectionery & peach aroma. Medium bodied, soft on the palate with a sharp dry back. Sweet melon, mango, peach, faint malt & sweet citrus tastes. Not very Dry but a very tasty beer

12 fl. oz bottle. A clear yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of mild sweet grainy malt, yellow fruits, yeast. Taste of yellow moderate bitterness, yeast, Citra, easy to drink.

Spritzig hopfiger Beginn, fruchtig, eher trocken. Feine Herbe, cremig hopfig, helles Malz. Kurzer, eher enttäuschender Abgang. Okay. 10/9/10/9/9/9

Some light grapefruit but not a ton of flavour here. I thought for some reason if anybody could make a good Brut IPA it would be these guys but turns out no. I guess they just suck. Pours golden with good head and lacing. Bitter end with some malt, though fairly dry. Easy drinking at least. Bottle.
Melon, light esters, peach. Starts softly sweet, tangy and dries up.

Bottle: Pale golden, a bit unclear, small & stable white foamy layer, dry bitter aroma of exotic fruits, mainly pineapple; nearly moderate bitter-sweet flavour, almost medium bodied, but still quite slim; slightly lingering moderate fruity and bitter finish with shy traces of pale malt.
