Its fine bubbles and bright citrus flavor are ready for a celebration.
We brewed this new take on IPA with a bone-dry, champagne-style finish in mind. Late hop additions lend a bright pop of citrus flavor and create balanced bitterness. Brut IPA is as intriguing as it is drinkable.

Hey, another stupid IPA, and its a broot - non the less; hey, put all these stupid ass IPA into one style, will yah? . Very crystal clear and pale, no NE IPA here. Big almost a strong IPA blast up front, but does seem to be as clear in the taste as the clearness in the eye. Yes, I want to say its almost civilized, but its not. Yes, now I think its a little more like an APA instead of an IPA; I've had APA that have been stronger than this. In the middle it tends to get friendly and you almost like it in the end, but don't. Decent co2 clear up to the finish. Not an IPA. $2 bottle from chalet.

[12oz bottle from Total Wines, Brea, CA.] A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a fast fading white head, and very light carbonation; aroma of yeast and grapes; dry in the mouth with grape juice and some biscuity malts; and a clean crisp fruity finish. Very drinkable, but not as dry as some Brut IPAs I've tried.

Sampled on draft at Tapped this beer poured a clear yellow color with a large foamy yellow-white head that left great lacing. The aroma was dry and musty with peach and pear notes. The flavor was dry with peach, pear, tropical fruit, an earthy undertone and a touch of medicine. Medium length finish. Medium body.
