Shared with Koelschtrinker & Beerhunter111. Strange beginning. Very sour with a vegetable aroma. Sourness with herbs. The used plant isn't really there - too much sourness and strange vegetable aroma. Very strange stuff - but not a Kwass...

100cl bottle. A hazy yellow colour. Aroma of sourish grapes, yellow fruits, cucumber. Taste of cucumber, green sourish fruits.

Heller, säuerlich fruchtiger Beginn. Spritzig, etwas brotig, eher trocken. Hohe Süffigkeit, mittellanger Abgang. Gelungen. 9/10/9/9/8/9
