Shared with Beerhunter111 and Koelschtrinker. Smooth dry and fruity beginning. Winey hints, lots of apples and dry fruitiness. Not too deep, fruity and appley in the end.

Sample thanks to Kolschtrinker! Many thanks as ever! Pours clear gold, sweet apple fruit on the nose, gently sour. Taste is acutely sweet with a bittersharp edge and the lightest glimmer of carbonation... additional green apple, skin, lightly sour, straw. Bit too sweet for my tastes, though it is more fleshy sweet than sugary.

100cl bottle. A clear yellow colour. Aroma of mild sweet dry sourish apples, sulfur. Taste of sourish apples, sulfur, dry fruity finish.

Pretzfelder Apfelwein klar, Flasche (1 l) aus Franken. - Hellgelb, blank. - Duft: gedämpft apfelig-fruchtig herb und leicht kellerig-holzig. - Geschmack: kernig säuerlich-herb apfelfruchtig, alte Apfelsorten, zitronensauer, mit schöner holziger Herbe und Anklängen an Oliven und Leder. Mild perlend, krachtrocken. - Klassischer, kräftig herb-trockener, natürlicher Apfelwein, aber ein bißchen schwer.
