Fläschla: Golden, cloudy, big and stable rocky off-white head, moderate bitter-sweet aroma of citrus fruits (oranges, grapefruits) with a hardly detectable malty background; moderate dryish bitter-sweet flavour with a slight - citrussy - acidity, pretty light bodied and a bit tart; lingering bitter-sweet orangey-hoppy finish.
