(bottle, thanks to quack-duck!) Cloudy, yellow colour with a big and dense, slowly lacing foamy white head. Yeasty, sour-fruity citrus aroma with a strong clovy touch when it warms and a moderate wheat-character. Light-sweet and sour flavour, light to medium bodied, lively carbonated mouthfeel. Wheat-malty and yeasty taste with cloves and a light sour-fruity touch; moderately sour, yeasty finish with more than present clove phenols. A bit imbalanced concerning the cloves but still refreshing and drinkable.
