Wrapped in radiant gold with orange reflections and crowned with compact foam, the India Pale Ale tells an exciting story of creation. Unusual additions, otherwise rather associated with gin, the most prominent of which is juniper, have been combined with fruity hops tones producing a beguiling nose. They are accompanied by delicate malty notes, which originate from the exquisite composition of the brewing malts. The carefully packed bitterness and a brisk carbonic acid awaken the palate nerves, which can then rejoice, wide awake, on a powerful harsh final sequence.

Sampled as Ginder Gin-Style India Pale ale , no mentioning as Hausbier Draught . Small white head over well-carbonated ochre-golden beer. Soapy, Badedas, Juniper bush. Gin, indeed, juniper, Wacholder, orangepeel. Medium bodied and very well-carbonated. Not bad.

Orange hazy, nice head, nose of light Wacholder/Juniper and herbs. Reminds me of a spruce tip ale but with juniper. Grapefruit and citrus hops, medium body, nice bitterness level for an IPA.

750ml bottle picked up from Stiegl Brewery shop, Salzburg and consumed at home Saturday 3rd February 2024 listening to music that Vangelis is selecting, we're in the company of Vangelis, Ele, Alexandros, Achilles, Kosta, Vasso and not forgetting Johnny (dog) Pours light silvery gold with a white head, hazy. I'm not sure of the ingredients list, forgot to check but I suspect some gin type botanicals have made it into this very nice IPA, it's fruity, there is a little bitterness throughout, it is refreshing and a very tasty beer, like it.

Bottle from Ribafish, who graciously shared it with us, after bringing it from the brewery! Hazy golden body, off-white head. Meaty, yeasty aroma with gin herbal notes. Smooth, flowery, honeyish taste, some rosemary and juniper, citric ntoes. Actually... quite a pleasant beer after a sub par aroma! Fun, unique concept too!

Bottle from T&G supermarket in St. Michael in Lungau (A). Color: Hazy golden, white head. Aroma: Herbal, floral. Netrle and juniper. Taste: Herbal / spicy juniper, nettle, conifer and ginger. Floral, hoppy. Over moderate bitterness, moderate sweet. Subtle fruity notes of citrus, citrus zest. Long lasting spicy, bittery and dry finish. Medium body, just below average carbonation. Interesting craft beer in the Haus Bier Series from Stiegl.
