Wrapped in radiant gold with orange reflections and crowned with compact foam, the India Pale Ale tells an exciting story of creation. Unusual additions, otherwise rather associated with gin, the most prominent of which is juniper, have been combined with fruity hops tones producing a beguiling nose. They are accompanied by delicate malty notes, which originate from the exquisite composition of the brewing malts. The carefully packed bitterness and a brisk carbonic acid awaken the palate nerves, which can then rejoice, wide awake, on a powerful harsh final sequence.

Draught at the brewery. Cloudy, gold colored. AROMA- juniper, citrusy, herbs, flowery. FLAVOR- slightly sweet, slightly bitter, fruity, juniper, citrusy. Medium bodied. Interesting.

Ich weiß nicht, warum beim Bier zurzeit Gin in ist, aber es gibt immer wieder Brauereien, die ein solches Bier verkaufen. Offenbar will man die Erfischung erhöhen. Es hat einen ordentlichen Gin-Geschmack, der sich vom Einstieg bis zum Abgang durchzieht. Wenn man gerne Gin und auch Bier trinkt, und sich nicht vor komischen Experimenten graut, kann gerne zugreifen. Meins ist es aber nicht.

Apple, green, fresh, quite bitter. Round mouth feel, good beer.

Bottle at a tasting. Plethora of different elements to the character. Loads of herbal, flowery character, honeyish, ginger, sweetish and spicy at the same time. Slightly sticky, med-full bodied, with moderate carbonation. Good though. I like it.

Bottle. Hazy yellow color with thick white head. Very light aroma of malt, ginger, other spices. Taste, malt, ginger, other herbs.

On tap at Stiegl Brauwelt. A hazy deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of ginger, grassy hops, citrus and yeast. Taste of ginger, herbs, citrusy bitter hops, flowers and yeast. Long bitter finish.
