Short 0,33 l bottle from Erzengel. Thanks a lot! BB 15.12.25. Cloudy pale yellow golden in the glass, small white head. Aroma starts with coriander, some citrus fruity elements, grape sourness, pale malt. Starts starts also with intensive fruity sourness. Pale malty. Below average carbonation for a Wit. Not bad.

Fein säuerlicher, rund kräutriger Geruch. Herb-hefiger, trockener Beginn mit starker Karbonisierung. Fein kräutriger Mittelteil, muffiger Hintergrund, leicht fruchtig. 8/9/7/9//9

On tap at the Brewpub. A slightly hazy yellow golden beer with a white head. Aroma of grainy malt, wheat malt, yeast and some herbs. Taste of yeasty yellow fruits, wheat malt, some herbs and grains.
