Bottle pour at Daheim im Larsbacher Thal, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has some champagne-like effervescence, straw, and some crisp apple skins. Flavour is similar, with champagne-like effervescence that obscures the sweetness, some seltzery notes, and light tannins. Well-made but lacking complexity to be an elite apfelwein.

Sampled @ Cider World Frankfurt 2019. A clear yellow golden colour. Aroma of sweet riped apples. Taste of riped sweet apples, sulfur.

Nice fruity cider. Dry aromatic, fresh. Smooth and not too many tannins, fresh hints of French cidre. Fruity and not too sweetish aftertaste, nice crisp with a great (especially for a German cider) fruity-appley aftertaste.

Fruchtiger, deutlich herber Beginn mit natürlichen Apfelnoten. Das Apfelaromen nehmen noch zu, sehr spritzig, sehr geringe Süße. Sinkende Herbe, leicht trocken zum Schluss. Gut! 8/11/11/12/12/11
