Unser Winterbock ist ein klassischer Bock, kupferfarben, kräftig und herrlich süffig. Er harmoniert gut mit winterlichen Speisen, kann aber auch gemäß alter Tradition statt dieser getrunken werden. richtig dosiert, vertreibt er sämtliche bösen Wintergeister und wärmt von innen.

Swing top bottle 33 cl. Pours clear, nutty brown with a lacing, beige head. Very neutral aroma, slightly nutty with a hint of toasted bread and toffee. Rich, sweet, malty body - very solid. Nutty malts, toffeeish and fat, with a little too little malts for balance. Still delicious. 301121

[ As Czernys Winterbock ].
ABV: 7.0%. Clear medium to dark red brown colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, sweet malt, bread, caramel, malty, dusty, brown sugar - sweet malt. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, bready, brown sugar - sweet malt, caramel, malty, sweet malt, dusty, nytty notes, medium dry. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20200321]

Bottle from Brewcomer, Kiel. Clear brown with an off-white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, caramel and light hoppy. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 151219

Bottle shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Smooth malty beginning. Deep with lots of caramel and smooth grain. Easy to drink, very soft and smooth, caramel, smooth grain, not much bitterness. Very nice.

33cl swing top bottle. A clear reddish brown beer with a white head. Aroma of caramelized malt, nuts and bread. Taste of caramelized dark malt, hazelnuts, bread, okay!

Dunkel röstiger, weich herber Beginn. Röstnoten, getreidig würzig, rund. Milde Noten von Karamell, wenig bitter. Unaufdringlich alkoholischer Abgang. Gut trinkbar. 10/9/11/11/9/11

330ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, redd-ish, dark amber to chestnut colour with small to average, thick, creamy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, off-white head. Rather weak, sweet-ish, malty aroma, notes of malt lozenge, a touch of caramel, minimally toasty and nutty overtones, later some doughy yeasty overtones as well. Taste is sweet-ish and minimally dry, woody, toasty malty, hints of malt lozenge, some caramel, a nuttily touch; bitter hoppy finish. A bit weak, thin and monotonous, but a nicely balanced composition overall,
