Unser Cadolzburger HopfenGold ist ein helles, süffiges, hopfenorientiertes Bier, ausgerichtet als experimentales Projekt. Mal werden wir mit Hopburstingtechnologie, mal mit Kalthopfungstechnologie arbeiten, um die Geschmacksvielfalt der über 300 Hopfensorten weltweit noch besser herauszuarbeiten.

Buegelverschlußflasche (0,0075hl): Golden, hazy, pretty stable big and loose white head, moderate dryish piney and grainy nose, some malt and some more flowery hops can be spotted, too;moderate dryish and slightly tart bitter-sweet flavour, a mild acidity - presumably caused by hops, not by infection, is detectable, light to medium bodied, both soft and mildly tart; lingering dry piney to grassy hoppy finish, a balancing malty sweetness is hard to detect. Good and well drinkable, but not very well balanced...

75cl swing top bottle. A clear golden beer with a white head. Aroma of fresh grassy hops, citrus hops, pale malt. Taste of grassy bitter hops, citrus hops, bubblegum, yeast, nice.

Süffiger, hopfig-herber Beginn. Weich getreidiger, etwas trocken werdender Mittelteil, minimal bitter, grasig. Kurzer Abgang. Süffig, nett. 9/9/9/8/8/8
