The heartbeat of our brewery - this was the first beer that we ever brewed back in 2002 when we opened our doors. The idea of making organic beer was a precept of our company, it still represents that spirit of doing the right thing and that governs everything we do here at Mill Street.

Crystal clear gold with thick white foam. Grainy sweet with hints of lemon. Medium to light bodied and bone dry with herbal hoppy notes and soda bread malt character.

Milk, barley malt, and hay aroma. Golden yellow with nice white head. Creamy barley malt, and mildly bitter grass/fresh hay flavor. Good body.

Gezapft am Flughafen in Montreal. Goldener klarer Körper mit einer schmalen Schaumkrone. Aroma: Süß, fruchtig, Gras, Geschmack: Malzsüße, fruchtig, Brot. Etwas dünn.
