Tap at the Collingwood brewery. Nitro version. Poured a clear dark brown colour with a thin broken off white head. The aroma is roasty malt, light caramel, chocolate, light red berry fruits. The flavour is moderate liquorice bitter, with a roasty, charcoal, fruity, pepper spice, liqouirce bitter palate and a lingering dry chilli spice finish. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.
