Bottle bought from an online antipodean supermarket. Sweet banana and clove aroma. Slightly hazy light brown. Thin translucent white head. Light bitter with a sweet edge. Banana and cloves. But muted and shandy like. Light-medium bodied. Slick. Flat carbonation. Slightly astringent finish. An old bottle discovered in the in-laws' fridge but I see comments are generally not great and remember being unimpressed when it was fresher. Weak here.

From old tasting notes. Hazy, pale gold color. Huge, creamy white head.ninteresting, fruity malt aroma. Tart, wheat malt palate is reminiscent of apples. Crisp, dry finish with a hint of hoppiness that lingers through to aftertaste. Very refreshing and flavorful.m

Aroma is more stale bread than normal weizen aromas. I would classify this as either a kristallweizen or what ale, its a far cry from a real German weizen. Taste is flat and bland, no bananas, clove or bubblegum to be had. This might have scored better as a wheat ale, but was marked way down compared to German hefes.

345ml bottle into glass. Pleasant wheat nose. Golden beer with no head, zero. Medium carbonation. Quite watery and thin but good finish. A bit bitter, nicely balanced with banana. A mixed bag.

345ml bottle. Pours a clear yellow golden colour, foamy white head leaving some lacing and aroma of bubblegum, banana, yeast. Taste is wheaty, sweetish, with banana, some tangy lemon and light bitterness. Fizzy mouthfeel, light bodied with high carbonation and a dry finish. Quite OK clear wheat beer.

From a 330ml bottle on 31/3/2013. Pours a slightly hazy light golden with a small head. Has a touch of bubblegum and banana on the nose. There’s more banana and bubblegum in the flavour, with a decent lemony tang, and a mild bitterness at the back. The carbonation is true to style. Nothing remarkable but solid enough.
