Közepes hab, ami gyorsan fél centire apad, de az már sokáig megmarad. Homályos, épp hogy csak átlátszó. Illata jellegzetes búzás, citrusos. Egy hajszálnyit édeskés, kb. ugyanennyire kesernyés. Búzás, gyümölcsös íz.

Butelka 750ml z datą ważności do14.02.2017 temperatura degustacji 12 stopni+, szkło teku. Aromat: podbudowa słodowa delikatnie miodowa, nuty skòrki pomarańczy z delikatnym bananem w tle który wraz z ogrzewaniem się piwa zyskuje na mocy, delikatna ziołowość trochę pieprzowa, kolendry brak. Piana: biała, średnia, drobno pęcherzykowa, zbita, średnio trwała. Barwa: słomkowo-mleczna , równomiernie mętne. Smak: cytrusowy,wytrawny z kwaskowatym finiszem,delikatna ziołowość, goryczki praktyczne brak. Wysycenie średnie do wysokiego,średnia pełnia, pijalne, orzeźwiające. Trochę paradoks,człowiek który wskrzesił styl robi całkiem dobre piwo jak na konceniaka niestety w stylu średnie ( wg mnie bliżej mu do Hefeweizen),nie łapie się nawet w pierwszej pięćdziesiątce na ratebeer w stylu gdzie aż dwa Polskie piwa są w pierwszej dziesiątce, a aż osiem w pierwszej pięćdziesiątce.Póki co mój nr 1 to Wit z Kormorana .

Appearance: Hazy yellow color with a fine white head that stays there for a while. And gives a fine lacing. Looks great.
Aroma: Wheat, citric and coriander. Ok intensity.
Palate: Medium body. Mellow nice sweetness. Average carbonation.
Taste: Mellow balanced wheat, yeast, citric and coriander.
Overall impression: I never get tired of this beer. Probably my favourite wit.

Schöne trübe Farbe, feine Perligkeit, kein Schaum. In der Nase tolle Wit-Fruchtigkeit, Orange. Im Trunk setzt sich die Fruchtigkeit fort, feine Süße, ein Anflug Bitterkeit, nur ein wenig. Im Abgang bleibt noch etwas Frucht. Wenig komplex, aber hohe Drinkability, schönes Sommerbier.

Pours a hazy pale golden color with small white head. Very fruity and herbal smell with notes of coriander. Medium body with somewhat watery texture. Very tingly carbonation. Taste is mostly sour with very subtle bitternes kicking in towards the finish. Aroma of malts, wheat, grass, herbs, spices and fruits; mostly pineapple, a bit banana. Floral, herbal and very refreshing. Very nice brew, recommended.
