T: light body, good carbonation, wheat, coriander, light citrus, peppery, quite dry finish, yeast, classic for this style, great, worth to try, 0,33l can from Colruyt in Brussels.

Il gusto al naso riporta sentori di frumento. L’intensità olfattiva è normale e la persistenza olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello a bollicine medie e carbonazione abbondante di schiuma compatta, cremosa e aderente persiste in un bel pizzo finale. La consistenza del liquido è giallo dorato. Il corpo è pieno. L’amaro è moderato. L’intensità gustativa è normale e la persistenza gustativa è sufficiente. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è lungo, pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. L’aroma in bocca rimanda a pane, frumento, fiori e pasta.

Bottle. Slightly cloudy pale yellow with an ok white head. Aroma of coriander, yeast and lemons. Taste of of wheat, yeast, oranges, lemons and coriander. Low bitterness. Strong carbonation. Balanced, refreshing and reliable.

Flasche (33 cl) von Jenny Lou’s, Peking (2.11.2015). - Hellgelb und milchig trüb; schöner weißer Schaum. - In der Nase schöne fruchtig-erfrischende, milde Zitronenschale, etwas Koriander, Weizenbiersüße. - Antrunk erfrischend leicht mit sehr milder Zitronenschale, ein klein wenig Herbe und einem Hauch von Rhabarber. Schlanker Weizenbiercharakter. Gut rezent, schaumig, vom Mundgefühl her eher ein Erfrischungsgetränk als ein Bier. Im Abgang ganz schwach krautige Herbe, etwas Gemüse. Leicht schaler Nachtrunk. - Ein süffiges, angenehmes aber aromatisch eher anspruchsloses Witbier. Es gibt weitaus charaktervollere.
