Draught at some random bar in Nice. It pours cloudy pale gold with a decent white head. The nose is bready, cracker, wheat, preserved lemon, candied peel, pepper and touch of ginger. The taste is smooth, quite bready, wheat, cracker, light cracker, mild bitterness and some lemon with a short finish. Light - medium body and soft, massaging carbonation. Simple and easy-drinking. Actually not bad.

Another one of the classics. Today it is the definition of a style. Do not let the service ruin the beer by putting disgusting lemon slices inside. The beer is good to go as is, by itself. Very easily drinkable, with a delicately balanced spice additions - they do not get annoying yet there is a definite presence. Highly carbonated, very refreshing with a touch of sourness, sessionable. Hazy pale yellow colour with a long lasting huge white head.

From tap. Light hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is malty grainy, citrusy hoppy and spicy yeasty. Sweet and light bitter taste like aroma. Light to medium oily body with soft to average carbonation.

Bottle 0,33l. Cloudy, straw colored beer. Pleasant aroma of wheat and yeast, hint of coriander, slightly fruity, a bit sweet. Flavor is very smooth, refreshing, moderately sweet, wheat and yeast, grain, light bodied.

Muy turbia, opaco casi blanquecina. Tupida espuma., muy bonita. Aroma seco y cítrico. En boca predominio claro de cítricos, limón. Seca, muy ligera y refrescante. La más comercial y famosa de las wit no deja de ser una referencia del estilo, aunque no esté entre las mejores del mismo.
