Pale malt is used to keep the bright, blonde colour and some carapils malt is added for just a little extra body. Amarillo hops in the boiling copper give refreshing bitterness and late hopping with Amarillo and Citra hops add zesty citrus and a delicate hint of floral, spicy and tropical fruits. A refreshing, easy drinking ale.

Cask at the Old Blackfriars, Aberdeen, 21/06/14. Clear golden with a moderate off white swirl atop the glass. Nose is light citric, faint yeasty twinge - GK house, light hops. Taste comprises more HK yeastings, orange pith, light mango, orange squash. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation, light hoppy pangs in the close. Ok golden blonde, not bad for GK!
