The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.

Flaske fra Salling, Aarhus. Mærke rød med et flot lyserødt skum. Dufter meget af hindbær. Har en god syre og en stærk smag af hindbær.

Smell of raspberry. Purple colour, pink head. Aroma of raspberry jam, maltiness in finish. Fizzy carbon. Sweet, light body.

Bottle. Deep red with a pink head. Aroma of jammy berries, hints of lambic underneath if you squint. Sweet but the berries - if plain - seem real and there is a little tartness and funk in the background. Pretty good.

Klare rötliche Farbe mit weißer Schaumkrone. Prägnant süßer, nach Himbeeren riechender Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, fruchtig nach Himbeeren, säuerlich. Hohe Süße mit mittlerer Bitterkeit, leichter Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

250ml bottle. The first Lambic I ever had probably. Delicious and jammy, this blew me away 25 years ago. Absolutely refreshing and delicious, just what all the new school fruit beers aren't. Not a great lambic, but a great fruit beer.

En tulipa aflautada. Color granate turbio , espuma rosácea de buena retención. Huele a bizcocho relleno de mermelada de frambuesa. En boca típico concierto agridulce de las lindemans afrutadas, esta vez con notas finales más dulzonas y marcado punto ácido. Notas de frutos rojos, sirope de frambuesa y casi diría que un poquito de yogur.
