The appearance of this exceptional beer is matched only by its taste! To make our Framboise, we add raspberry juice to our lambic. That gives it a delicate fruity aroma and a beautiful dark pink colour, just like the dress I wore to our cousin Willy's wedding. (But that's of no interest to you since you undoubtedly don't know Willy). Framboise is served as an aperitif, but I also use it in cooking. And when I don't finish the bottle in my preparations, I finish it in my glass.

Bottle. Not had this in years. Nose has a little wardrobe lambic but is dominated by raspberry and strawberry cordial very reminiscent of ice pops. Taste has an initial tartness then a very sweet strawberry and raspberry cordial, candy sugar, ice lolly and a slightly tart finish. It's silly, but enjoyable on a very hot day

0.25 bottle. Dark red beer, short lived head. Wonderful deep raspberry aroma. Powerful and intense raspberry taste, well rounded and complex. The sweetness is the only drawback: it's a bit too sweet, which is ironic as it's due to artificial sweetener. Clean finish, nice flavors, would rate higher if it were more natural.

Barwa czerwona, winna. Piana jasny róż, szybko znika. Aromat soku/syropu malinowego domowej roboty. W smaku przyjemnie kwaśne, lekkie nuty malin w kierunku wiśni. Bardzo ciekawe, sesyjne.
