Geprobeerd met LiekevdV, Roelzie, Koenzie, Mimi, Anne, Romy, Meindert en Tessa tijdens een Tasting met Mimi @Tom. Het is een troebel goudgeel bier met een volle witte schuimkraag. Het heeft een aroma van mout en gist. De smaak is moutig en zacht zoet.

Aroma of wheat, fruits, light barnyard funk, slightly herbal. Flavour is fruity, very little sweetness, a bit acidic , with some welcome hoppy bitterness uncommon to the style in the finish. It’s a shame about the ridiculously high level of carbonation, the bottle literally opened with the sound of a gunshot. The barnyard funk leads me to believe that this may have been infected.

Bottle 0,33ltr: Hazy yellow brew with more taste then a regular German Weizen, more spicy taste and quite good bitter finish and some hints of fruityness.

Fles 33cl thuis. Fruitig, bloemig, licht caramel, wat banaan, licht hefe, zoeten. (2-8-2022).

In de tuin uit een flesje. Bijna amberkleur, weinig schuim. Fruit, banaan in het aroma. Licht zoet, ook de nasmaak. Zoeter niet uit als een weizen, maar smaakt goed.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of straw, yeast, and wheat. The flavor is sweet with notes of wheat, lemons, and straw, leading to a dry finish.

Bottle. Orange golden color. Tangerine, lemon, yeast and banana in the aroma. Very fruity, but also yeasty flavor with hints of mint. Not unpleasant.

Starke Karbonisierung. Eher trocken hefiger Beginn mit milden Kräuternoten. Mild herb, die grobe Karbonisierung stört. Steigend herb, die Hefigkeit nimmt in gleichem Umfang zu. Trocken, hell holzig, zunehmend kräutrig, unsüffig bleibend. Okay. 9/10/9/9/8/9
