Our flagship, best selling ale marries a biscuity malt backbone with zingy, bitter hops in perfect beery harmony. We describe this one as a transatlantic IPA; taking the best from both British and American takes on the style.

Bottle shared at CBC Islington - London. Pours lightly hazed gold with a tight, creamy white head. Simple pale malt nose, some lemon merengue, dough, straw. Light to medium sweet flavor with doughy pale malts, some sweet citrus fruits. Light bodied with average, stern and creamy carbonation. Some pine needles to finish, more lemon merengue, straw, biscuits and doughy white bread. Simple, fine.

Bottle from Deeside Drink Emporium. it pours clear golden yellow, with and orange hue and a thick white head. The nose is orange, tangy marmalade, sherbet and some underlying pale malt sweetness. The taste is dough, sharp citric aspect, pithy orange, tanginess, sherbet and faint spice, with a dry, citric finish. Medium body, fairly harsh fizzy carbonation and slightly sticky mouth-feel. Flavour is dominated by fairly sharp citrus character. Ok, but not overly drinkable.
