Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks zvikar. Very pale golden, white-wine-like color. Aroma of green apples, a sulphur note and a citric perfumy hoppy note, a bit stale. Sourish and very dry flavor of green apples, a bit of vinous, with an astringent finish with a bit of bitterness. Interesting.

On draft at Trio in Kill Devil Hills NC. Pours a crystal clear pale gold with a white head. Light floral nose. Interesting combination of citrus and apple. Crisp finish.

Bottle from New Beer’s cooler($5.50). DFH rounded pint glass.
Crystal clear pale lager. Active soda spritz.
Fading hop resin, leaf pile, confused apple wine, a bit of ammonia.
Taste is some sort of green, tart, semi sweet cider. Dry hop is pretty apparent, but doesn’t overpower the base cider(which is more like apple wine). Very leafy, even a bit herbal; tin-y. Touch of cardboard. Finish is very dry, with spent chewing gum, & plenty of headache inducing sulfites.
Really spritzy, really thin.
Dry hopped ciders aren’t my thing, but you could do worse. Best thing about it is that it’s mellow.
