Brewed between 2013 and 2019. 5... 4... 3... 2... 1... Lift off, we have lift of the Westerham Hop Rocket IPA! This scrummy number is made using Maris Otter Pale Ale Malt along with a litany of hops, including Goldings, First Gold, Fuggles, Bramling Cross and Progress hops. It's also given a dry-hopping for more tasty, bitter hop notes.

330ml bottle bought at Tuckers Maltings. Bubbly white head, fair lacing. Next to clear amber-gold body. Subdued mid-sweet malt fruity aromas. Lightly flavoured with caramel malts, bread and some dried fruity notes towards the ending, slightly bittersweet. So and so. (Shared with djoeye and Finn, Tromsø 18.05.2017).

Fruity nose. Hazy pale amber, small frothy off-white head, mostly diminishing, light lacing. Aroma pale malts, apricot, caramel, biscuit. Smooth taste, medium sweet and bitter, malty, caramel, biscuit, apricot. Sweetbitter aftertaste, bready malts, herbal and spicy notes, dusty feel. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, quite nice and well-balanced IPA.

Bottle bought online from Beer Gonzo and shared at the 3rd Ipswich bottle share. Pours a hazy amber colour with a bubbly white head. Aroma of sweet caramel, and is moderately hoppy. Quite heavy sweetness and moderate citrus bitterness created something a bit muddled. Medium body and sticky texture. Average carbonation. Not as hoppy as many of today’s IPA’s.

From cask @ The Champion. It's a blurry or even near clear golden looking one, no real head to talk about just some small bubbles floating on the top. Smells nice. Fruity, with a mild sweetness. Lots of caramel here. Like it. Tastes like a cask conditioned English ipa should. Lots and lots of sweet fruits. Easters and some tones of apples. No carbonation at all and it has a thin oily texture in the mouth. Quite nice - went away quickly. 14.08.2015

Cask at Charlies Bar, Copenhagen. Poured a clear medium amber a bubbly white head. The aroma is floral hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a big yeast floral hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with soft carbonation. It’s all about the hops. Fine but a little one dimensional.
