Bottle shared @ weekly tasting. Clear golden color, average sized white head. Smell malts, a bit buttery, a bit hayish. Taste malts, hayish, decently bitter. Aroma gets worse, tastes quite nice. Medium body and carbonation.

BOTTLE 50CL.
Look: medium amber and clear with an off-white smallish frothy head with below average retention.
Aroma: Caramel, toffee, some acid (even wine-like) notes, sourish fruit too.
Taste: sweet, caramel, fruit, a pleasant acid note with a bitter and astringent finish.

Bottle from Tesco. Poured a clear medium amber with a round white head. The aroma is light malt hop. The flavour is medium bitter with a hop bitter, slightly metallic palate. Light bodied with soft carbonation. Fine for a session... as long as it’s short!

Bottle. Golden colour with a large white head, leaving a nice lacing inside the glass. Aroma is toasty, English hops and light nuts. Flavor has a decent bitterness with nutty hints. The final has a good bitterness with a dry sensation.

Bottle sample at a tasting at the Beer & Beyond shop. Thanks troubles. Clear golden. Aroma has a bit of skunkiness, malt - a bit stale-tastining, light fruity hints and a faint hoppy note. Stale and slightly oxidized flavor with malt, some minerally and earthy hops notes and a bit of bitterness.

Bottle at Shanes house, from local offie in Englefield Green, 15/03/13. Clear golden with a thin white head. Nose is caramel, malt, sugar, light hops. Taste follows, caramel, touch of dough, malt, barley. Medium bodied, moderate carbonation with a touch of spritz, light bitterness in the finish. Ok - a safe bet I guess but a bit boring thus assuming the classic whelmed rating.
