Cloudy dark amber, disappearing off-white head. Sugary aroma with some fig and prune and a little spice (coriander, nutmeg, anise). Dryish spicy flavour with a lot of munich-like malt. A little alcohol is noticed and the spicy aftertaste is rather pleasant.

Bottle at GBBF 08. Some fruit and heat on aroma. Slightly sweet as you’d expect, nut not bad. Fullish and a little syrupy, but fine.

Bottle. A reddish brown, sparkling beer with a medium sized beige head. There’s sediments in the bottle, but they more or less stay there if the pour is gentle. Fruity and heavy malty aroma with some sweetish notes, alcohol and red apples. Sweet, berry-ish flavor, quite malty, with some warming alcohol, roasted and nutty maltyness and a pleasant hoppyness. Full, slighlty sticky mouthfeel, and a long, hoppy, sweet and warming finish. Sure a good one, but maybe a bit heavy on the alcohol, without that being a consideration in my rating. (080126)

Bottle, courtesy of bierkoning! Thanks Edo! Pours a slightly cloudy brownish-red with voluminous head. Aroma of canned peaches. Taste is very sweet with notes of honey and more peaches. Very effervescent.

Bottle, 10%. Weak malt aroma with a little citric fruit. Cloudy dark brown colour, slightly red. Small stable light brown head. The flavour starts roasted and turns very yeasty and quite peppery. Also with quite sweet malt syrup notes. The alcohol is warming and gives it a nice finish, but much too yeasty and with a strange malt sweetness.
