Bottle shared at Maakun’s, "Don’t take that THT away from me"-tasting. Hazy amber with white head. Gummy bear candy sweet. Tangerine, pineapple, apricot, licorice, resin, yoghurt, party juice. Killer sweet and moderate bitter. Full body, tooth breaker.

33cl bottle @ home. Hazy orange to amber color. Frothy off white head. Aroma’s: citrussy and flowery hops, sweet/dried fruit, malty. Retronasal it’s very flowery, herbal, a bit citrussy. Flavor is rather bitter with a malty sweet backbone and faint citrussy sourness. Medium bodied. Finish is herbal, slightly dry, but not overly bitter.

Bottle shared thanks to sjogro. Murky amber with lots of small floating particles. Sweet malts, some French fruit yoghurt, lots of dank hops, apricot, peach, caramel, grass, candy bears, wine gums. Very sweet and quite bitter. Full bodied.

Small, just off-white head over fairly hazy ochre beer with an orange sheen, and good carbonation. Very nice citrus/citruspeel (grapefruit, orange, orange marmalade...), valerian, cat’s pee, loam and wild, exotic citruslike fruit. Really dry-bitter, as a liqueur made from grapefruit(peel) with laurel/bay leaf. Mushrooms, artichoke, kumquat, pineresin and again this loam-like aroma retronasal. Complex! which is rare for an outright IPA. Medium to better bodied, hopoilslick to viscous, good carbonation. Wow. With its 2 new IPA’s, Brouwerij Kees has exceeded another threshold, IMHO.
