Keyaki. Yeasty, bit fruity, I like this. Haven't been so excited by their other saisons but this is easy going and nice. Strawberry, little sweetness.

Cloudy gold. No head. Aroma: grains, leathery yeast, spicy and citrusy notes. Light body. Flat carbonation. Taste: malty, fruity, yeasty. Low bitterness. Bland.

Draft - Bready and some light grains. Clear gold with a rich white head. Light sweetness and some bready notes.

In der Nase Pfirsich-Prosecco. Im Trunk erstmal recht bitter, dann Säure, leichte Frucht, hinten wieder bitter. Sehr kantig, unrund. Nicht ganz einfach zu trinken.

Botella 33 cl en Cimmeria 29.. 06.. 2017.(r153). Lote LS 327 16A 15,2 hasta 09..2018. Color ámbar a amarillo claro velado con espuma blanca. Sabores ligeros afrutados, melocotones, naranjas combinados con suaves maltas y cereales. Cuerpo ligero a medio algo espumoso. Normal. Refrescante.

Unter dem Prädikat "Saisonbier" bekommt man ein Gewürzbier nach belgischen Vorbild. Es mag ein bisschen mild anmuten, aber ist doch ein vollmundiges Bier mit guten Aromen, die wunderbar die Kehle hinuntergehen. Das einzige was mir fehlt, ist eine Erklärung für den Namen - es hätte mich schon interessiert was/wer Enkir ist.
