Neutral beer, a bit chalky, some kind of tartness. Overall it’s fine, but i wouldn’t buy again. 2019 bad santa advent

330ml bottle from Beers of Europe. Golden amber colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of malt, grain, straw. Taste is grainy, with an aspirin-like note, plus fruity, grass and straw hints. Light bodied, light to medium carbonation, grainy finish. OK

getrunken Ende 2017 Das geschmackvolle Bio-Urgetreide Braunhirse ist Rohstoff und Ausgangspunkt für dieses glutenfreie Bier. Es ist dank eines speziell entwickelten Verfahrens auf natürliche Weise und ohne Zusatz von technischen Enzymen per Defnition glutenfrei - Mit den Erkenntnissen vom Stiegl-Gut Wildshut., titelt das abnehmbare Etikett auf der Innenseite. Die glutenfreie Variantes des Verkaufsschlagers Paracelsus Zwickl ist zwar auch naturtrüb, aber geschmacklich doch etwas anders. Es ist aber auch relativ mild und dadurch sehr süffig. Für Leute die kein Gluten vertragen, auf jeden Fall ein tolles Bier. Aber wenn man das Original trinken darf, würde ich zu diesem greifen.
