Small light brown creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is dry roasted, dark malts, roasted grain, hay, coffee, grass, chocolate, burnt caramel. Taste is slightly dry and burnt, roasted grain, hay, lactose, burnt caramel, roasted coffee, grass, chocolate, ashtray. Medium bitterness, slightly watery mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Fair enough.

Bottled as Nitro. Black with a nice creamy light brown head. Aroma of Coffee, Chocolate and Vanilla. Sweet taste, light bitter with a soft roasted and coffee end.

Bottle from the Drinkery Derry as Nitro Milk stout. Opaque black color with a small creamy tan head that persists for quite a while. Rich chocolate with hints of sugary sweetness that reminds me of creamed coffee. Creamy silky mouthfeel. Smooth rich tasty beverage.

Bottle at Cardinal; nitrogen version. Pours black with dense, medium sized beige-brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, smoke, chocolate, liquorice. Taste sweet and smooth, with some roasted bitter finish.

Negra rojiza, casi opaca. Siquiera dos dedos de espuma ocre, menos densa y duradera que lo normal del estilo. Rico aroma a chocolate. En boca muy cremosa y sabrosa, ligera/media de cuerpo y de gas, pero con un gusto muy potente, de claro carácter de chocolate, y también algo de café. Muy suave y sabrosa. Se disfruta en cada trago.

Poured from bottle. Dark chocolate color with thin tan head. Aromas of coffee chocolate band smoke. Taste is smooth with chocolate catamel and vanilla tones and just slides down. I wish this was barrel aged as it would be awesome.

Bottle 35.5 cl. Black stout with creamy foam. Aroma: coffee, milk chocolate roasted malt, chocolate cake with cream and cheese. Taste: cappuccino with brandy, vanilla and ice cream. Very tasty.
