Brown colored. Strong aroma. With its aspect of coffee/mocha, it releases a taste of roasted malt not too deep and not too neutral. Slightly spicy, it reminds you that this beer is essentially for degustation. It can be consumed at the room temperature or slightly cooled.

0.33l bottle that was part of a taster pack. Very dark brown body (an not even see through it) with an off white head. Aroma of dark sugar syrup, cocoa, toast and floral hops. Taste of cocoa, dark sugar, orange zest, floral hops and nutmeg. The cocoa powder character is surprising a bit from a dubbel. Nice beer though.

Thanks Dino! Misty brown tinged with amber, big off white, creamy head. Big aroma, raisin, big esters, slightly vinuous, quite nice! Sweet malt driven taste, good fruitiness, toasty too, mild warming alcohol. Just a tiny touch of yeast to mar it. A tasty big dubbel.

From 33cl bottle, as Maset Tostada. Pours deep brown worth beautiful reflections. Aroma is licorice, caramel, quite an alcoholic feeling. Body is average. Taste is sweet, but with some additional bitterness in the finish.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Dark ruby-brown, sediment, beige head. Pretty harsh aroma of dark fruit, quite boozy and gluey. Similar taste - dark fruit, super glue and nail polish. A harsher kind of Belgian strongies. 3,4/5.

Flesje gekregen van de buurman en thuis gedronken. Robijnrood tot bruin bier met stevig schuim. Het bier heeft de geur van appel en gerookt spek. De smaak is zoetig en iets rokerig. Smaak ebt snel weg.
