Ein schön ausbalanciertes Brune, das neben den alkoholischen Fruchtnoten und dem rauchmalzigen Körper auch eine gewisse Säure hat, die es aber recht angenehm erfrischend und zugleich vollmundig machen. Hat mir ganz gut gefallen, es könnte aber ruhig etwas intensiver sein.

Flaska från Belgiuminabox. Mahognyfärgad, klar vätska med massor av skum. Livlig munkänsla med massor av småbubblor. Söt och lite estrigt och fruktigt för stilen med söta päron och plommon, mjuk rostad malt, moccakarameller, aningen kryddig avslutning med lätt beska. En livlig och riktigt trevlig dubbel

Malty aroma. Chocolate. Also malt and chocolate in the sweetish taste, combined with licorice. Bitter aftertaste. A bit onedimensional, but nevertheless a very nice beer.

Bottle from LDW. Dark brown colour, lots of creamy foam. Nose of dried fruit, moccha, caramel. Very tasty dubbel.

Fles geprobeerd met Roelzie. Het is een donkerbruin bier met weinig schuim. Het heeft een rokerige geur en smaak. meh.
