(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 236 - 10/11/2018, from a Selver, 20171026) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had burnt malts, sweetness, dark chocolate and coffee. Palate was full bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were burnt malts, sweetness, dark chocolate, ash, alcohol and bitterness. Aftertaste was burnt, sweet and bitter. A too sweet burnt brew but not actually bad.

Bottle. Pours opaque deep brown to black with huge beige airy head. Aroma: treacle, caramel, some roast & coffee, bread, dried fruit. Medium body. The taste offers a combination of toasted & roasted malts. Caramel & treacle, again. Coffee, chocolate. Rather sweet still well-drinkable. Good but not outstanding.

Draught at SKAAL. Near black with a reddish tinge. Sweet aroma with coffee, caramel malts, chocolate and a vinous note. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with dark malts, bread and a rich fruityness. Nice Porter.

F: big, tanned, good retention. C: dark, opaque. A: roasted malt, coffee, cocoa, chocolate, bit vanilla, dried dark fruits. T: chocolate, cocoa, bit vanilla, bit earthy, creamy mouthfeel, very good balanced and easy drinkable, medium to full body, soft carbonation, enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Tallinna Kaubamaja Toidumaailm in Tallin, Estonia.

Kicsi, gyorsan eltűnő hab, fekete szín. Kakaós, csokis, pirosgyümölcsös illat. Kissé száraz kakaóporos, picit édeskés, csokis, földes, sötétgyümölcsös ízvilág, halvány kávés aromával. Közepesen testes, közepesen szénsavas és keserű. Szuperül összerakott, jó egyensúllyal és arányokkal rendelkező, nagyon finom sör.

Bottle at Murphy’s Law. Black with a tan head. Aroma of roast, dark chocolate, caramel, overripe dark fruit, toffee, light herbal notes and malt. Flavour is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Medium bodied with soft carbonation.

Bottle sample at a a tasting at troubles’ place. Thanks troubles. Brown. Aroma of caramel, dark fruits, a bit of nuts. Sweet flavor, caramelly, with dark fruits, some booziness, bitterish note.

33 cl bottle. Pours hazy amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is toasted and slight caramelish. Metallic. Toasted malty and toasted malty. Dry and toasted malty finish. Very metallic.

Bottle@TTBS, Copenhagen - Black pour with tan head. Roasted and sweet malty with some prominent chocolate notes, some liquirice, soy, charred light smokey notes, liquirice, dark malty close. Good stuff.
